Job summary:

The DCX Specialist is responsible for supporting project planning, business planning, and PMO governance across the Digital Innovation Division. This role serves as a central coordinator among Business, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure digital initiatives are planned, monitored, and executed effectively.

The position also supports strategic planning, KPI management, regulatory tracking, management reporting, and continuous improvement of project governance processes.

The role also supports Information Strategy Planning (ISP), helping align digital initiatives and IT planning with the company's long-term business strategy and digital transformation roadmap.

Responsibilities and accountabilities

1. Project Planning & PMO

• Support planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination of Digital Innovation projects.

• Maintain the project portfolio, roadmap, milestones, and PMO Dashboard.

• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and overall project health.

• Prepare weekly/monthly PMO reports and maintain project documentation.

2. Cross-functional Coordination

• Coordinate communication among Business, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders.

• Follow up on action items and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely project execution.

• Organize project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.

• Monitor project issues and support resolution through effective stakeholder coordination.

3. Business Planning&Information Strategy Planning

• Research Vietnam's securities market, digital financial services, regulatory changes, and industry trends.

• Analyze business requirements and support business planning, KPI management, and digital solution planning.

• Support Information Strategy Planning (ISP), including IT/Digital roadmap development aligned with business strategy.

• Prepare business proposals, strategic planning documents, and management presentations.

4. Governance & Reporting

• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentation materials.

• Monitor project KPIs, implementation progress, and organizational performance.

• Maintain PMO standards, planning databases, and project governance documentation.

• Support continuous improvement of planning processes, governance frameworks, and project management methodologies.

5. AI & Digital Productivity (Preferred)

• Apply AI tools to improve planning, reporting, and operational efficiency.

• Support the development and utilization of AI Agents for planning and project management.

• Identify opportunities for process automation and digital productivity enhancement.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Degree: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields.

2. Certificate: Business Analysis is an advantage; Microsoft Power BI / Power Platform certification is a plus; AI-related certifications or practical experience are preferred.

3. Others:

• Korean language proficiency is an advantage.

• English: Business working proficiency (required).

• 5-7 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO), Business Planning, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, IT Planning or related fields.

• Experience in financial institutions, securities companies, fintech or banking is preferred.
