PMC Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PMC (Production, Material, and Control) Supervisor, based in Hai Phong City, Vietnam.

• The PMC Supervisor will lead and oversee production and inventory control, material planning, and supply chain coordination to optimize workflows and ensure timely delivery of products.

• Responsibilities include creating and maintaining production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, managing resources, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety protocols.

• The role also involves analyzing production data to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.

• Strong expertise in production planning & material management;

• Experience with ERP & MRP inventory management and scheduling software;

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving processes and ensuring efficiency;

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage resources, and communicate effectively across multiple departments;

• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 manufacturing practices is an advantage;

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field;

• Prior experience in manufacturing or production sectors is highly desirable;

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to work effectively under pressure;

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Vietnamese or additional languages is a plus;
