JOB DESCRIPTION:

EBOM & SBOM Management

• Data management: Deploy and management EBOM & SBOM, structure & logic in Teamcenter system

• Guide engineering team to comply with VinDynamics rules as mandatory part/ BOM attributes: Purchase Level, Torque information…

• Understand workflow & information from engineering team and manage BOM quality

• Supper BOM management concept and BOM configuration

• Clarify any issues, gaps between EBOM & MBOM, EBOM & SBOM, EBOM & Feature list, drawings/CAD

• Set up SOR process & assignment list in Teamcenter system

Engineering Change Management (ECR)

• Understand ECR process & requirements to control ECR quality

• Set up ECR process, assignment list in Teamcenter system

• Manage Pre-CAB, CAB meeting to get approval for any engineering change proposals

• Teamwork with engineering, IT, MBOM, Manufacturing to ensure fluent communication for any changes

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related field such engineering

• 1-2 years experience with Supply Chain Management fields, preferably at Automotive or Robotic or Electric-Electronic Company and having 3-5 years working experience in product development from R&D to the manufacturing environment.

• Good knowledge with PLM Teamcenter systems, Solidwork and MS Office

• Good experience with Engineering or/ and Engineering Change management. Good analytical thinking.

• Relevant experience in BOM Management, BOM structure and Engineering Change Management in Automotive or Robotic or Electric-Electronic Company is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail, organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Be strong in both verbal and written communication skills in English & stakeholder’s management skills.

• Demonstrated experience managing complex project schedules with tight deadlines

• Ability to read technical drawings

• Able to provide advice on technical decision and trouble shooting

• Good in influencing and being passionate in working with people and resolving issues through constructive confrontation

• Knowledgeable in structural problem-solving methods, data driven mindset

• Excellent oral and written communication skills required for effective presentations

• Demonstrated critical thinking capability

• Ability to work under pressure and overtime when needed

• Ability to work independently, able to adapt to business trip

• Report and escalate skills are plus
