Plant manager (Quản lý phân xưởng sản xuất - giao tiếp tiếng anh)

Job objectives
Manage all operations at the plant (cooking, filling, packing)
Ensure production volume, quality, and delivery schedule.
Optimize production costs and raw materials.
Primary responsibility
Production management:
Implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans. Closely monitor the cooking, filling, and packaging processes of industrial fruit jams.
Quality control:
Ensuring products meet food safety standards (ISO, HACCP, VSATTP). Inspecting for product defects and promptly addressing technical issues.
Human Resources Management:
Arranging work to shift leaders. Providing skills training, workplace regulations, and safety procedures.
Equipment and supplies management:
Monitor the condition of machinery and equipment. Coordinate with Maintenance manager on Plan periodic maintenance and propose supplies purchases.
Reporting:
Prepare monthly reports on production output, wastes/material losses, incidents and work efficiency for the Factory Manager.
Job requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food mechanic, Agricultural Product Processing, or related fields.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience as a Production supervisor, Quality control in food/ fruit manufacturing factories.
Skill: o   Understanding the industrial food processing technology. o   Master quality management standards (HACCP, ISO 22000). o   Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. o   Proficient in using office computer software and production management software.
