JOB IN SUMMARY

The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall operational performance of the processing facility, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and compliance standards are consistently met. This role leads cross-functional coordination across Production, Quality, Maintenance, R&D, and Supply Chain to deliver customer-aligned output while optimizing cost, service, and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

• 10–15 years of experience in food manufacturing operations, preferably in nuts, ingredients, or B2B food processing.

• Strong knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, GMP, FSSC, allergen management).

• Proven experience in production management, preventive maintenance, and quality systems.
