Payable Accountant

• Be responsible for communication with other teams to collect and verify the accuracy of documents for payment requests received from them before submission to General Accountant for weekly payment according to Company Payment Policy. Ensure to classify cost/expenses via nature exactly.

• After checking payment requests and giving back them to Preparers to revise/make addition, keep reviewing and following up until they are correct and comply to Accounting & Tax requirements (VAT deduction and deductible expenses) and also ensure to meet payment deadline.

• Be responsible for inputting data/daily transaction record into Fast Accounting Software regarding payables and expenses.

• Receiving approved and paid transactions by back from General Accountant to input into Fast Accounting Software.

• Be responsible for reconciliation and IFRS simple report in monthly closing on time as General Accountant request.

• Arrange and collect cost by project for PL reports of projects.

• Arrange and file documents by Company Requirement.

• Assist in working with statistic office, external audit… at year-end and ad hoc assignments by General Accountant/Chief Accountant.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree with good level and higher in finance accounting or similar.

• Good at English (Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing).

• Have at least 1-2 years’ experience in Accountant Payable.

• Have knowledges in cost checking and VAT input requirement regarding service and advertisement.

• Have good communication skill in Vietnamese and English as well.

• Have basic knowledges in VAT, Personal Income Tax & Corporation Income Tax is preferable.

• Hardworking, honest, enthusiastic about work, good health and be careful in working;

• Proficient in using of Microsoft Office (word, excel...) and Fast Accounting is preferable.
