What you'll do:Partnership & Relationship CoordinationMaintain and update information for partners, trainers, schools, companies, and other stakeholdersSupport partnership activities and keep related documents and records organizedPrepare meeting notes, proposals, recap emails, agreements, and other materialsFollow up on discussions, timelines, and next steps to ensure smooth collaborationStakeholder & Project CoordinationCoordinate communication between partners and internal teamsSchedule meetings, prepare agendas, and share discussion summariesSupport project progress by following up on action items and deadlinesBuild positive working relationships with partners and stakeholdersProgram & Event SupportSupport the delivery of workshops, training programs, events, and community initiativesAssist with logistics, communications, participant management, and program materialsTrack registrations, attendance, and participant feedbackWork closely with different teams to ensure projects run smoothlyPartnership Development SupportResearch potential partners and organizationsPrepare partner profiles and background informationAssist with outreach emails, presentations, proposals, and partnership materialsHelp coordinate follow-up activities and partnership opportunitiesReporting & ImprovementSupport reporting on partnership activities and program outcomesMaintain accurate records and key performance metricsShare ideas to improve processes and partner experiences

What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, Human Resources, Economics, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in partnerships, project coordination, operations, customer success, community engagement, education, or similar rolesGood English communication skills, both written and spokenStrong interpersonal and communication skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectivelyProactive, responsible, and comfortable taking initiativeFamiliar with AI tools and interested in using technology to improve productivityComfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environmentNice to HaveExperience in education, training, Edtech, HR, recruitment, nonprofit, or community-focused organizationsExperience supporting workshops, events, training programs, or community projectsExperience working with companies, universities, trainers, speakers, or external partners
