Funtap Global is the global game publishing division of Funtap Games, established in late 2024 with the mission of bringing promising games from Vietnam and around the world to global markets.

In a short period of time, Funtap Global has built a portfolio of over 70 games, generating more than 12 million downloads worldwide, with a focus on Puzzle, Midcore, and Hypercasual titles.

With expertise across Game Scouting, Publishing, User Acquisition (UA), Monetization, and LiveOps, Funtap Global goes beyond publishing games - we work closely with studios to optimize their products and scale them successfully in international markets.

Some of our notable titles include LoadOut Warrior, Skewer BBQ, Solitaire Sort Word, Fluffy Backpack, and Italian Meme Game.

As a Partnership Manager - Global Publishing, you will build relationships with game studios and industry partners, identify new publishing opportunities, and help grow Funtap Games’ global game pipeline and publishing business.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Studio Sourcing: Identify and pitch global and regional game studios developing high-potential midcore and hybrid casual titles.
• Deal Execution: Negotiate publishing terms, revenue share models, and contract closures.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary bridge between external developers and internal teams.
• Cross-Functional Launch: Coordinate with User Acquisition (UA), Monetization, and Product teams to test and scale games.
• Global Mobility: Travel to major global gaming conferences (e.g., GDC, Gamescom, ChinaJoy) to represent the publisher.

• Experience & Focus: 1+ years in gaming business development, publisher relations, or mobile game producing, with focus on Midcore and Hybrid Casual Games.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills (business level) and confidence in networking with global partners.
• Genre Expertise: Deep understanding of hybrid casual and midcore games, including ad-monetization (IAA) and in-app purchase (IAP) models.
• Metrics Fluent: Strong capability to analyze early test data.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills and high autonomy.
