Part-Time Store Sales Associate

1. Job Description

As a Part-time Store Sales Associate, you will support sales operations, customer service, and store management at MsKÉN's flagship showroom located in the heart of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

1.1 Sales

• Greet and actively engage customers to determine needs, locate products, and make product suggestions.
• Assist customers in styling carves with their outfits.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding pricing, promotional offers, and scarf care instructions.

1.2 Payment Processing

• Process customer payments, issue invoices and package purchased products.

1.3 Store Operations

• Assist with maintaining the store's visual merchandise by organizing, replenishing, decorating, and cleaning displays.
• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory counts.
• Manage product display information, including printing price tags, supplementary labels, and barcodes, as well as attaching product tags and labels when necessary.

1.4 Other Responsibilities

• Support packaging for e-commerce orders.

2. Requirements

• Age: From 19 to under 24 years old. Preference will be given to first and second-year university/college students.
• Preference will be given to candidates living near Me Linh Square, Sai Gon Ward (formerly District 1) for more convenient traveling.
• IELTS 6.0 or above, or equivalent English proficiency.
• Able to communicate in English with international customers. IELTS 6.0 is preferred, particularly in Speaking and Listening.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills and a neat appearance.

Preferred Qualifications (a plus):

• Good sense of visual merchandising and store display.
• Passion for fashion and styling.
