One of our clients, which is a Start-up Japanese Law Firm, is now looking for a Paralegal staff.
【What you will be working on】
-Document translation (Japanese→Vietnamese and vice versa)
-Reviewing the Contract
-Admin task
-Legal research tasks such as:
└Investigation of the illegality of clients' business schemes, etc.
└Send Inquiries to the government
└Legal due diligence in M&A
-Other tasks as assigned by Japanese-speaking Vietnamese lawyers
- Welcome to the person who is earger to grow up legal skill. We train carefully and assign the task.

Yêu cầu công việc
-Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a regular university program
-Completed the lawyer training course at the Judicial Academy
-Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in legal consulting (Experience in M&A transactions, legal due diligence, and drafting/reviewing contracts and various legal documents is highly preferred)
-Japanese JLPT N2 or higher (business communication level)
-English Level: Upper intermediate communication, reading, and document drafting (preferred)
