Tuyển dụng Outdoor Sales Executive tại Hà Nội

• Primarily responsible for outdoor sales activities.

• Approach new customers to expand business.

• Visit customers regularly (2-3 times per week) in areas such as Hanoi City, Phu Tho, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Ninh Binh, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, etc.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate new business opportunities.

• Communicate via email with customers, overseas agents, and subcontractors.

• Prepare and issue quotations and contracts.

• Work closely with internal departments (Customs Broker, NVOCC, Accounting, etc.).

• Assist senior sales with outdoor sales activities.

• Troubleshoot issues as needed.

• Perform other tasks assigned by senior sales or sales manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Fluency in English with good business manners and a strong work communication.

2. Logistics experience, including:

• Warehousing

• Freight forwarding (International Air/Ocean Transportation)

• Customs Clearance, etc.

3. Strong communication, negotiation, reporting, and troubleshooting skills.

4. Workplace: Hankyu Hanshin Express (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. (Hanoi Headquarters)

5. Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Saturday and Sunday: Off

6. Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: USD 500 – USD 700 per month (based on skills and experience).

• Company Allowances: Lunch, telephone, transportation, etc.

• Bonus: Twice per year.
