Order Management Staff

1. Order Management:

Being responsible for Order Management for the Vietnam domestic market for all Brands across both Retail and Project Channels.

+ Cooperate directly with Distributors to enter Sales Orders into SAP system.

+ Ensure products are delivered successfully from Factory to Distributor/Sub-distributor by monitoring supply capacity and transportation bookings, and resolving any issues that arise.

+ Prepare order management reports as requested.

2. Sales Planning: 

+ Track and analyze sales data to forecast sales plans

3. Sales Support: 

Being the connector between Sales & Factory:

+ Quickly check inventory/booking/delivery schedule.

+ Provide CO, CQ as requested.

+ Specific requests based on regional senior executive.

- University Degree

- 2-3 year working experience 

- Fluent excel/google sheet skill

- Meticulous and detail-oriented

- Experience in SAP 

- Communication skills (English), spoken and written.

- “Can-do” attitude.

- Good at problem-solving with customer centric mindset.
