Manage the production delivery against the customer order request.
Coordinate with planning for the production plan against capacity and order fill rate.
Work out with production on flexible planning.
Manage costs incurred based on targets.
Approved material ordering quantity.
Control material utilization
Manage leftover utilization
Coordinate with the customer, functional team, and suppliers to deliver the best service as required by the company.
Deal with customer requests on order delivery
Coordinate with the factory for production issues.
Monitor the development of the team based on KPI targets.
Manage turnover rate
Manage workload allocation
Manage work deadlines
Manage developmental growth
Bachelor’s Degree
5 Years Experience on the following:
Planning
Merchandising
Able to communicate and comprehend English working instructions
Middle management Experience is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft applications
With Mathematical Analysis and Formulation
