Operations Performance Specialist (Manufacturing & Supply Chain)

Business & Operations performance
- Monitor OKRs and operational performance across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance and other related functions.
- Partner closely with the manufacturing shop floor to understand production workflows and standardize performance metrics.
- Analyze operational trends, identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, productivity losses, inventory risks, and performance variances.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
- Improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and performance visibility across Operations.
- Prepare actionable insights and recommendations for management reviews and operational decision-making.
Project Management & Continuous Improvement
- Lead or coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve cross functional performance.
- Develop project plans, milestones, action trackers, and governance routines.
- Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and expected business impact.
- Facilitate problem-solving and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure agreed actions are completed on time and expected outcomes are achieved.
Business partnership & Strategic support
- Act as a strategic bridge among Operations to drive alignment, accountability, and execution discipline.
- Support the Head of Operations in executing high-priority transformation initiatives and managing special, high-impact projects.

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations Analytics, or a similar data-driven role within a production/supply chain environment.
- Experience in automotive industry or startup environment is a plus.
Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio, etc).
- Strong experience in writing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data processing and report automation is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience navigating and extracting data from ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.).
Soft Skills & Competencies:Strong analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail (Data-driven mindset).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both factory floor teams and senior management.
- Solid project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have):

- APICS certifications or a strong grasp of end-to-end supply chain principles.
- Certification or practical experience in Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologies (Yellow/Green Belt).
