- Monitor and handle import and export shipments by Sea Freight and Air Freight.
- Arrange bookings with shipping lines, airlines, and agents.
- Prepare and submit Shipping Instructions (SI), Verified Gross Mass (VGM), and Manifest in accordance with regulations.
- Monitor vessel and flight schedules and keep customers updated on shipment status.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, agents, customers, and relevant departments to ensure smooth shipment handling.
- Check, prepare, and process import and export documentation.
- Prepare monthly reports as required by the company.
- Handle and resolve issues arising during the transportation process.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience: 2–3 years.
- Previous experience in Sea & Air Operations at a freight forwarding company is an advantage.
- Good understanding of import/export procedures and logistics operations.
- Good English reading comprehension and the ability to communicate effectively via email.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Careful, responsible, able to work under pressure, and a strong team player.
