OPERATION INTERN

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
·
Work directly with the General Director on factory operations and process improvement projects.
·        Support data collection and analysis related to production performance.
·        Assist in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
·        Coordinate with various departments to track progress and ensure timely reporting.
·        Participate in internal meetings and prepare operational reports.
Key Qualifications and Skills
·        Education & Interest: Final-year student or recent graduate ( first-year MBA student with a focus on Operations is a plus), ideally in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
·        Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.
·        Attitude: Eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a challenging manufacturing environment.
