Offline Teaching Assistant

Position Overview:As a Teaching Assistant at BrightChamps, you will support our English classes for young learners. The Teaching Assistant will work closely with the teacher to create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the teacher in preparing teaching materials and classroom activities.

- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.

- Support students during lessons, activities, and games, ensuring all children stay engaged.

- Provide individual or small group assistance to students who need extra help before, during, andafter class time.

- Help organize and supervise classroom events, field trips, or special activities.

- Communicate with the teacher or parents about student progress and any issues.

- Assist with setting up and cleaning the classroom before and after lessons.

Requirements:

- Passion for working with children and supporting their learning.

- Proficient in English with strong computer and technology skills.

- Good communication, pronunciation, and teamwork skills.

- Patience, responsibility, and a cheerful attitude.

- Previous experience working with children is a plus.

- Flexible to travel and work across centers as needed.
