Ocean Executive

• Experience in US trade lanes with a Freight Forwarder or Carrier.

• Responsible for reporting directly to the US team.

• Responsible for daily contact with RCS’s Carriers and FFs to handle administrative duties related to Carriers/FFs, Shippers.

• Proficiency in CargoWise is an advantage.

• Receive designated booking information from customers and check for approval.

• Coordinate with shipping lines to obtain bookings and handle any issues related to shipments (e.g., shortage of empty containers, schedule changes, etc.).

• Complete all documentation tasks related to sea export shipments: submit SI and VGM to the shipping line, issue bill of lading to customers.

• Submit AMS, ACI, ISF (if applicable).

• Monitor shipment status until cargo arrival.

• Finalize shipments, send pre-alert to agents, and close jobs.

• Prepare reports as required by the account.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the team leader.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree or College.

• 2 Years experience in shipping/forwarding/logistics/carrier.

• Good at English, computers skill (Microsoft offices, Outlook Express).

• Ability to work under high pressure.

• Personal Characteristics: Hard working, enthusiasm, dynamic, self-confidence, team working.
