Nhân Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu Logistics

-        Manage the dealer order-to-delivery process, including stock availability checks, delivery planning, order tracking, priority management, and issue resolution.

-        Lead daily coordination among warehouses, 3PL providers, freight forwarders, dealers, and internal departments to ensure shipment, receiving, and delivery activities are completed as planned.

-        Monitor delivery progress and service-provider performance, identify delays or discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.

-        Coordinate monthly inventory reconciliation, investigate stock variances, and follow up corrective actions with warehouse partners and internal departments.

-        Review shipping documents, customs declaration information, HS codes, and homologation documentation to support import operations and regulatory compliance.

-        Review logistics invoices, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with Accounting to verify charges and support audit activities.

-        Maintain accurate order, inventory, delivery, and sales data, and prepare monthly management reports.

-        Coordinate the allocation of vehicles and merchandise for dealer events and test rides, including scheduling, handover, return, and condition tracking.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of import/export regulations.
