• Contact with freight forwarders and carriers to secure bookings for outbound shipments.
• Ensure the smooth and timely delivery of import and export shipments.
• Coordinate with related departments to collect shipping documents for import/export customs clearance.
• Have knowledge of Certificates of Origin (Form E, AI, D, VK, B).
• Control and manage logistics cost payments to vendors and suppliers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Male or female, aged from 24 to 30 years old.
• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Administration, or relevant fields.
• Good command of English or Chinese.
• Good skills in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Long-term commitment, carefulness, and hard-working attitude.
• Living in Ha Nam is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
