Job Description of Import-Export Staff
Draft and draft sales contracts or related documents based on agreements with suppliers
Work with related departments to control timely import and export of goods (Production, Planning, Warehouse, QA,...)
Draft documents and procedures for customs clearance of goods, monitor and control import and export documents and procedures
Contact and negotiate with shipping lines to obtain Purchase Orders. Monitor and manage delivery times, shipping and delivery status.
Check and report inventory data periodically
Cargo liquidity, material liquidity report
Prepare necessary documents and data according to Customs Audit
Make related reports as required by the department
Knowing about BOM for liquidation is a priority '- Graduated from College, University majoring in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, Import-Export, Logistics...
- English communication
- Experience in Financial Reporting is an advantage, Priority is given to candidates living in Long Thanh, Nhon Trach with available dormitory/company housing
