Nhân Viên Tính Giá Thành (Costing Staff)

Key Responsibilities:
Standard Cost Management:
Establish and maintain a standard cost database; monitor and update standard costs, and propose selling prices.
Management Reporting:
Prepare, analyze, and present standard cost analysis reports to support management decision-making.
New Product Development (NPD) Support:
Collaborate with the Design Department and NPD team to determine costs for new products; support the evaluation of new products and machinery/equipment investments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or College degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Industrial Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in costing, cost accounting, or cost analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data analysis skills.
Basic English communication skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and costs.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly responsible.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and business management systems.
