1. Conduct seasonal trend research and benchmarking
2. Create bag design sketches and illustrations
3. Select and propose materials (fabrics, webbing, zippers, etc.)
4. Prepare tech packs and communicate with factories
5. Review and give feedback on samples
6. Respond to buyer requests with design solutions

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Education & Qualification Requirements:
   Degree in Design-related field (Fashion, Industrial Design, Textile, etc.)
   Proficient in design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO, Rhino, etc.)
2. Experience requirement:
   Minimum 3 years in bag or fashion accessory design
   Prior experience in ODM/OEM development preferred
3. Technical requirement:
   Strong proficiency in design tools
   Understanding of bag construction and materials
   English communication skills preferred
