Create 2D Concept, design 2D graphics.
Develop embroidery designs, screen prints, heat transfers, woven labels, and other decorative elements.
Develop colorways and select appropriate materials according to client requests or market trends.

Maintain organized records of design files, tech packs, and product specifications.
Research fashion trends, generate ideas, and build seasonal collections that match the market and target customer group.
Yêu cầu công việc
University or College degree in a related field, garment technology, graphic design.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of embroidery software (e.g., Wilcom) is a plus.
Good understanding of garment construction, printing techniques, and materials used in hats and clothing.
Basic Korean/English communication skillsExpertise in Illustrator, Photoshop...Knowledge of other software relative.
Experience in the garment or headwear industry is preferred.
