• Support communication between customers and internal departments (production, QA,
  warehouse, purchasing).
• Receive and follow up customer orders, technical documents, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate sample development and prepare necessary materials/accessories.
• Monitor production progress, packing status, and shipment schedule.
  

Yêu cầu công việc:

• College/University degree in Garment/Textile, Industrial Management, International
  Business, or related fields.
• Experience in a Merchandiser role is an advantage, preferably in backpack, bag, or technical sewing production; however, fresh graduates and candidates without relevant experience are also welcome.
• Good English communication skills: able to read technical documents, write emails, and
  communicate with international clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, good teamwork and organizational skills.
