Nhân Viên Senior Planner Event

• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale events, from conceptualization to post-event evaluation.
• Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams (creative, production, operations), and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
• Develop and present event proposals, including strategy, concepts, and execution plans.
• Mentor and train junior planners, ensuring they understand project scopes, client expectations, and execution requirements.
• Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to enhance event concepts.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Oversee on-site execution, ensuring high-quality delivery and handling real-time challenges.
• Continuously improve event planning processes and contribute to team development.
• Foster a strong team culture, building an efficient and cohesive planning team.

• At least 3 years of experience in event planning, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proven track record in leading projects and mentoring team members.
• Strong understanding of event planning, activations, marketing strategies, and audience engagement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (both internal and client-facing).
• Ability to handle high-pressure deadlines.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and event planning tools.
