Mô tả công việc Nhân Viên R&D / Nghiên Cứu & Phát Triển Sản Phẩm
- Test current products and identifying deficiencies
- Suggest solutions to identified product problems
- Find and test new raw materials or alternative to exsting raw materials
- Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with QA team to ensure consistent project execution
- Collaborate with Sale team to understand market requirements for new product development
- Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to General Director.
- Working hours are from Monday to Friday, during regular business hours.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Experiences with polymer/chemical background (Chemical Engineer) from 01 to 03 years
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team working corporation
- Good time-management skills
- Great communication skill
- English skill: listening, speaking, reading, writing....work directly with foreigner (Thailand)
