Nhân Viên Quản Lý Dự Án/ Project Manager

Key responsibilities:

1. Project Delivery & Execution

- Lead full project lifecycle: site survey, planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.

- Validate site readiness and ensure installation conditions meet requirements.

- Develop and actively manage detailed project schedules to ensure on-time completion.

- Closely monitor progress and take proactive corrective actions to mitigate delays.

2. Cost Control & Financial Performance

- Take full ownership of project financials, ensuring delivery within approved budgets.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and prevent cost overruns.

- Control subcontractor costs, variations, and claims strictly in line with contract terms.

- Ensure timely billing, certification, and cash collection in coordination with Finance.

- Maintain healthy project cash flow and margin performance

3. Safety, Quality, Compliance & risk control

- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards (OSH, CMR, STP) with zero incidents.

- Monitor installation quality and compliance with technical standards.

- Identify, report, and resolve defects, missing/damaged materials, and non-conformities.

- Ensure all activities follow company procedures and regulatory requirements.

- Proactively identify and mitigate operational, safety, and subcontractor risks, customer expectations

4. Subcontractor Management:

- Select, evaluate, and manage subcontractors’ performance (Safety, cost, quality, compliance).

- Ensure adherence to contractual scope, timelines, and safety standards.

5. Stakeholder Management

- Act as key interface with customers, consultants, and internal teams.

- Coordinate cross-functions (Quality, T&C, TCT, Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales,...) to ensure smooth execution.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành kỹ thuật cơ, điện hoặc xây dựng.

- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực quản lý dự án xây dựng từ 03 năm trở lên.

- Trình độ Anh ngữ: Đọc hiểu.
