• Work with design consultants to review drawings and submit documents for design appraisal, construction design appraisal, and construction permit licensing.

• Check, review, and control BIM models during the design progress and construction phase.

• Check agreement documents related to the Industrial Park’s Client infrastructure connection and conduct completion inspections.

• Work with relevant specialized authorities, when necessary, to support IP’s clients.

• Prepare land offering drawings for the Sales team.

• Participate in meetings with the Sales team and Industrial Park (IP) clients to provide technical support during construction.

• Carry out tasks assigned by the Project Manager.

• Work and collaborate with other departments.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineer)

- At least 3 years of experience in Engineering construction.

- Good communication in English.

- Proficient in BIM software, Revit, AutoCAD and MS Office.

- Having a Project Management Certificate is advantage.
