1. Job Purpose:
Hino Motors Vietnam is seeking a motivated Warranty Staff to support technical issue management and after-sales service activities. This role is responsible for coordinating technical investigations, monitoring service campaigns and recall activities, preparing reports, and working closely with internal departments to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

2. Key Responsibilities
o Coordinate with the Service Department to handle technical issues related to product quality/Investigate complaints related to product quality.
o Prepare technical reports and submit them to HML regarding product quality for investigation, research, and improvement.
o Receive technical feedback/improvements from the manufacturer (HML), share them with the Service Department (HMV) to explain/guide dealers in resolving technical issues.
o Follow up on the manufacturer's investigation progress monthly (regular monthly meetings)
o Coordinate with the Services department to prepare reports and organize meetings to present monthly reports to the BOD
o Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

3. Requirements
o Bachelor’s degree in Automative or related fields.
o Have up to 3 years of working experiences.
o Good command of English (TOEIC 550+ or equivalent).
o Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
o Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a dynamic working environment.
