Nhân Viên Phát Triển Cửa Hàng

1. Nhiệm vụ chung / General Responsibilities

• Tuân thủ đầy đủ các chính sách, quy định của Công ty, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn chính sách chống hối lộ;
  Comply with all Company policies and regulations, including but not limited to anti-bribery policies;
• Lập và trình bày báo cáo tiến độ định kỳ (bao gồm báo cáo bằng tiếng Nhật khi được yêu cầu);
  Prepare and submit periodic progress reports (including reports in Japanese when required);
• Quản lý tiến độ dự án bằng các công cụ phù hợp (bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn biểu đồ Gantt);
  Manage project progress using appropriate tools (including but not limited to Gantt charts);
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để triển khai các dự án phát triển cửa hàng;
  Collaborate with relevant departments to execute store development projects;
• Thực hiện nghiêm túc nguyên tắc Ho-Ren-So (Báo cáo – Liên lạc – Thảo luận) trong toàn bộ công việc;
  Strictly implement Ho-Ren-So (Report – Inform – Consult) in all work activities;

2. Phát triển cửa hàng mới / New Store Development

• Xây dựng tiêu chí và yêu cầu lựa chọn địa điểm dựa trên kế hoạch kinh doanh (P&L) và hiệu quả đầu tư;
  Define site selection criteria based on business plans (P&L) and investment efficiency;
• Tìm kiếm, khảo sát và đánh giá mặt bằng mới tại các khung giờ kinh doanh cao điểm (trưa/tối), bao gồm cả cuối tuần khi cần thiết, nhằm thu thập dữ liệu phục vụ công tác lựa chọn địa điểm và mở rộng hệ thống cửa hàng.
  Identify, survey, and evaluate potential new locations during peak business hours (lunch and dinner), including weekends when required, to support site selection and store expansion planning.
• Lập và triển khai kế hoạch mở cửa hàng mới;
  Prepare and execute new store opening plans;
• Thiết lập ban đầu cho cửa hàng (thiết kế, thi công, setup vận hành);
  Execute initial store setup including design, construction, and operational setup;
• Thực hiện ký kết hợp đồng thuê mặt bằng và hợp đồng với nhà cung cấp;
  Execute lease agreements and vendor contracts related to new store development;
• Thực hiện thủ tục pháp lý, xin cấp phép cần thiết;
  Handle licensing and legal procedures for store opening;
• Triển khai kế hoạch mở rộng hệ thống cửa hàng theo chiến lược Công ty;
  Execute expansion plans in line with the Company’s strategy;

3. Phát triển cửa hàng hiện hữu / Existing Store Development

• Lập và triển khai kế hoạch sửa chữa, bảo trì, cải tạo cửa hàng;
  Prepare and execute maintenance, repair, and renovation plans;
• Đánh giá hiệu quả hoạt động và đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến;
  Evaluate operational performance and propose improvement solutions;
• Đàm phán và tối ưu điều khoản hợp đồng thuê mặt bằng;
  Negotiate and optimize lease agreement terms;
• Quản lý việc gia hạn hợp đồng và giấy phép hoạt động;
  Manage contract renewals and licensing compliance;
• Kiểm soát chi phí và nâng cao hiệu quả sử dụng tài sản;
  Control costs and improve asset utilization efficiency;
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để cải thiện hiệu suất cửa hàng;
  Collaborate with relevant departments to enhance store performance;

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Ability to use English and Japanese at a professional working proficiency level (TOEIC 700+ & JLPT N2);
• Strong project management, organization, and progress tracking skills;
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills;
• Proactive, highly responsible, and able to work under pressure;
