Nhân Viên Kinh Doanh Xuất Khẩu/ Sales Export - Kinh Nghiệm Từ 1 Năm

- Search for, develop, and expand the export customer base (confectionery, processed foods, seafood, fruits, food ingredients);

- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers and partners in the export sector to boost revenue;

- Plan sales activities and execute, optimize the sales process from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals;

- Handle matters related to export documentation (contracts, invoices, packing lists, C/O, and other related documents), ensuring compliance with export regulations;

- Proactively coordinate with partners and relevant departments to ensure the export process runs on schedule;

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor information, and new products; collect and analyze market information;

- Cover all key markets within the assigned geographical areas.

Yêu cầu công việc

- College degree in Business Administration or related fields;

- 1 year experience in export sales (food/FMCG industry preferred);

- Good English (communication and working with foreign partners);

- Understanding of export processes and documentation, and ability to work with relevant parties (forwarders, shipping lines, customs...);

- Strong planning ability, good work organization, and effective cross-department coordination;

- Sharp business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the industry and products;

- Proactive, with clear goals and a strong focus on achieving targets;

- Open-minded, willing to learn, and receptive to feedback.
