+ Regularly visit customers to explore sales opportunity and Supervise daily sales job of distributors’ sales reps or customers and pushing them to reach sales & coverage target.

+ Support distributors/customers to develop the assigned market and push distributors/customers for on time payment.

+ Seek and develop relationships with partners and clients.

+ Supervise activities/movements of competitors.

+ Develop business strategies and plans to serve the company's development goals.

+ Facilitate trade promotion activities

+ Train and develop team members.

+ Make business report: sales, coverage, stock, competition, distributor’s situation, and customers

+ Report business performance to senior management and the Board of Directors.

+ Other jobs as required by Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor Degree

- Good communication, presentation, instruction kill.

- Having marketing knowledge and video making is an advantage

- Must use English.
