Shipping agency services operations

• Collecting vessel information, booking port entries/exits, coordinating with pilots and tugs, and keeping principals and vendors informed.
• Book vessels in and out of Ports and arrange for pilot and tugboat services.
• Inspect the berths and coordinate with ports to arrange for vessel entry into the port. 
• Arrange and coordinate the supply/deliveries of ship spares, stores, contractor services, certificates and documents, provisions, fresh water, waste removal…timely.
• Monitor and supervise cargo loading and unloading processes.
• Advise Customs of vessels’ arrivals and departures and reporting of cargoes onboard vessels.
• Conduct customs clearance procedures for vessels and crew when entering or leaving the port.
• Ensure the well-being and smooth transition of crew members during port calls

Data entry and invoicing

• Gathering necessary documents for settling vessel expenses.
• Prepare and make the final disbursement accounts (FDA) and ensure the accurate and complete records of the vessel's activities and port call details.

Sales and Client Support

• Facilitate the successful sale of a vessel by supporting the sales team and maximizing client satisfaction. 
• Support Operations Supervisor, Shipping and Commercial, General Manager in doing
  sales works

QHSSE Responsibilities

• Maintain a good data quality in GAC Agent, assuring job opening, PDA and additional services like crew change, ship spares and other services being updated.
• Liaise with the QHSSE Coordinator on all matters related to the department

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Maritime, Sea transport economics, export-import, Navigation, Marine engineering.
• Knowledge in Marine field, vessel, and Marine legislations.
• Fluent in English – oral and writing
• Proficient in MS Office
