Nhân Viên Kế Toán Ngân Quỹ (Treasury Staff)

• Monitor daily bank account balances and cash positions.
• Ensure sufficient funds are available for operational requirements.
• Prepare and execute payments through online banking platforms.
• Review payment documents and ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Monitor payment status and follow up on outstanding transactions.
• Liaise with banks regarding daily banking matters.
• Support bank account opening, closing, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare documents related to banking transactions, loans, guarantees, and other financial facilities.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare treasury reports and cash position summaries for management.
• Internal Control & Compliance

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Treasury, AR/AP, General Accounting, or Finance roles.
• Knowledge of cash management, banking operations, and bank reconciliation.
• Communication skills, MS Office skills
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is an advantage.
