Perform and prepare daily accounting work.
Access daily bank transactions and notify incoming/outgoing money to relevant departments.
Daily update exchange rate.
Input supplier invoices into Dolphin software.
Input supplier invoices and sales invoices into Misa software.
Record bank transactions into Dolphin, Misa.
Coordinate with related departments regarding supplier invoices – sales invoices relating to Jobs.
Check the data consistence amongst original supplier invoices, GF/ GA data input and Dolphin before posting into Dolphin.
Check and post the data of sales invoices on GF/ GA into Dolphin.
Issue the sales invoices on the BKAV platform to comply with the local regulations.
Party ageing reportLiaise with the clients to collect money per agreed payment term.
Make payment to suppliers per approved payment requests.
Perform offset debts for the transaction paid-collect on behalf related to Jobs.
Check and ensure correction in transaction of the party aging report monthly and quarterly.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 1 years in similar position/ industry (Experience in Logistics & Shipping is an advantage).Demonstrate a proficient level of skill and knowledge in the accounting field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and any accounting software.
Ability to communicate in English (average level).
