- Perform and prepare daily accounting work.
- Access daily bank transactions and notify incoming/outgoing money to relevant departments.
- Daily update exchange rate.
- Input supplier invoices into Dolphin software.
- Input supplier invoices and sales invoices into Misa software.
- Record bank transactions into Dolphin, Misa.
- Coordinate with related departments regarding supplier invoices – sales invoices relating to Jobs.
- Check the data consistence amongst original supplier invoices, GF/ GA data input and Dolphin before posting into Dolphin.
- Check and post the data of sales invoices on GF/ GA into Dolphin.
- Issue the sales invoices on the BKAV platform to comply with the local regulations.
- Party ageing report
- Liaise with the clients to collect money per agreed payment term.
- Make payment to suppliers per approved payment requests.
- Perform offset debts for the transaction paid-collect on behalf related to Jobs.
- Check and ensure correction in transaction of the party aging report monthly and quarterly.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 1 years in similar position/ industry (Experience in Logistics & Shipping is an advantage).
- Demonstrate a proficient level of skill and knowledge in the accounting field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and any accounting software.
- Ability to communicate in English (average level).
