- Make Pre-alert and documents to send to customers and agents.

- Contact customers, monitor and update shipment status for relevant parties.

- Send goods information and bills of lading to customers.

- Monitor and make payment requests to shipping lines and partners related to the shipment.

- Open files, monitor files and close files on the system.

- Carry out other professional requests from superiors and the Board of Directors.

- Responsible for entering data on the company's system, handling issues related to goods and documents for shipments.
