Nhân Viên Chứng Từ Xuất Nhập Khẩu - Tại Hà Nội

• Handle all shipments (for import, export for both sea & air)
• Receive information from foreign agents, domestic customers, colleagues in the company to quote door to door costs (including: shipping charges, loading, inspection, import license ..., depending on the different request)
• Handle consolidation cargo
• Co-operate well with partners/ co-workers (customs, forwarders, carriers, trucking companies...) to provide good service to customer & also avoid any trouble.
• Customer service carefully.
• Response and discuss to customers some information related to shipments such as cost incurred, missing documents...
• Effectively solve customers’ complaints (if any). Connect closely to customers to avoid/to solve any problem (if any)
• Check rate and serve for bidding. Collect and check rate: ocean freight/air freight/trucking rate/customs rate to make sure the best rate for bidding
• Report to Director for any irregularity.
• Check customs rate in any case.
• Check customs condition for all kinds of shipments (import/export, sea/air)

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Graduated from University (special Foreign Trade / Maritime University)
• Over 2 years’ experience in shipping operations/customer services
• Ocean and Air business handling
• Have experience handle cargo to Cambodia, USD.
• Customs clearance handling (if can)
• Trucking arrangement and warehousing business
• Customer service
• Good relationship with Ocean/Air carriers for sourcing better freight rates
• Experience consulting Customs procedures and other procedures related to import and export services/ Control customs department
• Having a good relationship with the Customs department, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, ...;
• Mastering and understanding of knowledge and legislation on transport, warehouse management.
• Strong customer service
• Good written and spoken English (required)
