Nhân Viên Chứng Từ Hàng Air (Air Cargo Documentation Staff)

• Handle air freight operations for both export and import cargo.

• Receive and confirm bookings from vendors/customers in a timely and accurate manner.

• Arrange bookings with carriers and airlines; issue AWB/HAWB,

• Send P/A to the agent, bill of lading to customer after goods are delivered to the warehouse.

• Prepare and process all related shipping documents: manifest, customs declaration,...

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree of University graduate preferred with Logistics, International Business, or related fields.

• Candidates with 2 to 3 year of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain are preferred

• Well organized and detailed, be able to work under high pressure

• Good command of Englis, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
