- Execute promotions across own platform with accurate pricing, product mapping, and timelines.
- Coordinate with platform, marketing, and trading teams to ensure promotional alignment.
- Monitor issues, troubleshoot errors, and suggest improvements to reduce recurring mistakes.
- Manage onsite merchandising assets for Website, including Homepage campaign banners, Promotion Landing Pages, collections, and keyword search visibility.
- Plan and develop content for mobile app push notifications to support commercial campaigns.
- Ensure accurate and timely implementation of onsite campaigns and assets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaign and merchandising requirements.
- Conduct daily platform health checks, coordinate issue tracking with internal teams, and communicate daily status updates to the Online Business team.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or online operations.
- Proficient in English, can work with regional team.
- Good at Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, PivotTables, etc.) and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and execution excellence.
- Detail-oriented, quick to learn, caution, and able to manage deadlines under pressure.
- Strong soft skills: proactive, collaborative, good time management, and able to multitask.
