Job description

• Design and configure LAN/WAN networks for solar plants, substations, and monitoring centers.

• Implement IP addressing schemes, VLANs, routing, and switching for operational technologies (OT) and IT networks.

• Set up communication for SCADA/EMS systems, inverters, meters, data loggers, and field sensors.

• Deploy industrial communication protocols (Modbus TCP/RTU, IEC 104/61850, DNP3).

• Integrate networking for remote sites using LTE/4G/5G, microwave links, and VPN tunnels.

• Participate in programming, wiring, installation, and calibration of control devices (sensors, HMI, electrical cabinets, solar energy systems, etc.).

• Deploy, install, and operate automation control systems in solar power projects and automation systems (inverters, electrical cabinets, batteries, monitoring systems, etc.).

• Monitor data and technical parameters, prepare reports, and propose solutions for equipment upgrades, energy saving, improving operational durability, and optimizing system performance.

• Perform periodic maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensure the stability of control equipment at project sites.

• Carry out maintenance and repair tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Yêu cầu công việc

• College or University degree in Power Electronics, Automation, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related fields.

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar position is an advantage (priority given to candidates with experience working with inverters or solar energy systems). Candidates without experience will be trained.

• Ability to read and understand electrical circuit diagrams and technical documents.

• Proficient in using testing and measurement equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, dummy loads, etc.

• Careful, honest, and highly responsible at work.

• Knowledge of electrical equipment such as motors, contactors, thermal relays, relays, inverters, PLCs, HMIs, servos, protective devices, etc.

• Good English communication skills.
