Multimedia Designer

Role Overview: At Spirit Bomb, Multimedia Designer plays a crucial role in our user acquisition (UA) strategy by crafting highly engaging visual experiences across both video and static formats. You will work directly with our UA and Product teams to produce compelling ads for games.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end video & image production for UA campaigns, capturing high-quality in-game footage and transforming it into high-converting video ads and banners.

- Constantly research, learn, and update knowledge regarding new trends and technologies in the mobile gaming and creative industry.

- Strong knowledge of and proficiency in industry-standard software, specifically Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

- Excellent ability to communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly with a cross-functional team.

- A fantastic, positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and mutual respect for colleagues.

- Ability to maintain a high standard of work while operating under tight deadlines and the natural pressure of a fast-paced gaming studio.
