MT Operations Manager

- Ensure product availability at all times (no OOS); oversee in-store execution, including merchandising, promotions, purchase orders (PO), and resolve any issues at points of sale to achieve sales KPIs.

- Manage, train, and evaluate Sales Representatives (SR) and Sales Supervisors (SS); ensure team productivity, and lead recruitment and development to maintain a stable and high-performing team.

- Collaborate closely with Brand, KAM, and Trade Marketing teams; provide market insights and support negotiations to optimize sales performance.

- Build and maintain strong multi-level relationships with supermarket chains; ensure proper execution of company strategies at the store level.

- Monitor KPIs, analyze sales performance and competitor activities, and propose actionable improvements to enhance business effectiveness.

- Control operational costs and coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with company processes and smooth operations.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree required.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Operations/ASM roles within the Modern Trade (MT) channel.

- Basic English communication skills.

- Strong operational mindset with logical thinking.

- Proactive, agile, and capable of working independently.

- Well-established relationships with supermarket chains are an advantage.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Fast learner with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of responsibility.
