We are seeking an experienced Middle and Senior Java Developer to join our development team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications while collaborating with multiple stakeholders and mentoring junior team members.

 

SENIOR

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java and JSP.
• Develop and optimize complex Oracle SQL queries, PL/SQL objects, and database performance.
• Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, project teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Review code and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Identify and resolve system performance and application issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and technical standards.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with system integration and enterprise application development.
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and DevOps practices.
• Logistics or supply chain experience.

 

MIDDLE

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain business applications.
• Develop and maintain web applications using Java and JSP technologies.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects in Oracle.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to system improvements.
• Continuously learn new technologies and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Git, Maven, or similar development tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Logistics or supply chain experience.

Your Skills and Experience

Requirements

Technical Skills

• 3 -7+ years of experience in Java application development.
• Experience with Java and JSP.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL.
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and web development fundamentals.
• Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Experience in the Logistics or Supply Chain domain is an advantage.

Soft Skills

• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.

2.  Working Environment

• Working time: Monday – Friday. We work 40 hours per week.
