Middle Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:
Support the execution of design projects, ensuring high-quality and on-brand outputs.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and account teams to deliver effective design solutions aligned with business goals.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices within the e-commerce and POD industry.
Collaborate with marketing to develop visual content aligned with campaign goals and audience insights.
Support account and CS teams by addressing seller feedback related to design, helping improve customer satisfaction and product quality.
Maintain a customer-oriented mindset, ensuring designs meet seller expectations and enhance end-user experience.
Manage assigned tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Arts, Marketing, Multimedias, or related fields
At least 2-year experience as a Graphic Designer
A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse projects and design techniques
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or similar tools
Experience in E-commerce, or Print-On-Demand industries is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills to present ideas and explain design rationale to stakeholders
Well-organized, proactive, detail-oriented and familiar to reporting tools
Communication English
