Merchandiser Staff

We are looking for a merchandiser to work within our merchandise team in HCMC, to help monitor and coordinate our production with the local factories and with the team back in Australia and communicate with the clients in Australia, USA and Canada.

We are an Australian based, vertical garment production business with a fabric mill in Australia and garment making operations in Australia, Vietnan and Bangladesh, specialises in natural fibre, circular knit fabrics and cut and sew garments.

The main daily functions are based below but you will be directed from the team in Vietnam and Australia and will build the role togeather around what is required.

• Monitoring and communicating to clients Critical Path reports from factory.

• Chasing UPC/Barcodes from clients for their orders and communicating to factory.

• Monitor production of samples and communicate completion dates with clients

• Sending parcel lists to clients with tracking from factory

• Coordinating Shipping documents between factory and customers

• Monitoring fabric on hand reports from factory

• Monitoring QC reports from factory

• Conducting factory tours with visiting clients.

- Computer skills are essential

- Communication is required in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to read and write.
