Merchandiser (Development & Production)

• Thực hiện quản lý sản phẩm, lập kế hoạch, phổ biến và điều phối phát triển sản phẩm
• Tiếp nhận đơn đặt hàng mẫu từ khách hàng hiện có, xác định thông số kỹ thuật giày, phối hợp phát triển thông số kỹ thuật giày, đánh giá tính khả thi của việc phát triển
• Làm việc với khách hàng và xác định các thông số sản phẩm, kiểm tra nguyên vật liệu, phối hợp với khách hàng
• Theo dõi tiến độ hàng hóa, nêu vấn đề và phối hợp với khách hàng và các bộ phận liên quan để giải quyết vấn đề
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo đơn hàng được hoàn thành đúng thời hạn và đạt chất lượng yêu cầu
• Hỗ trợ phối hợp đưa sản phẩm mới vào sản xuất hàng loạt

• Theo dõi và hỗ trợ khâu sản xuất hàng loạt

  。Perform product management, planning, dissemination and development coordination

  。Receiving sample orders from existing customers, identifying shoe specifications, coordinating to develop shoe specifications, assessing development feasibility

  。Working with customers and defining product parameters, checking raw materials, coordinating with customers

  。Follow up the progress of goods, raise issues and coordinate with customers and related departments to solve problems

  。 Coordinate with related departments to ensure orders are completed on schedule and with the required quality

  。Support to coordinate to put new products into mass production

  。Monitoring and supporting the mass production process.

- Experience in a similar position is required (preferably in the footwear industry)

- Education: College degree or higher

- Working hours: Full time

- Proactive, quick-witted, logical thinking, diligent, eager to learn, able to work in a team and willing to work overtime.
