Tuyển dụng Merchandiser tại Hà Nội

- Answer PO Inquiry and prepare Proforma Invoice/PO confirmation to customer

- Check PO details, then issue PO/Job Order to factories

- Update Sales Table & prepare monthly sales report to Manager

- Prepare order instruction including ship mark & label information to factories

- Participate in weekly meeting with factories’ production team

- Generate Monthly Order Status Report every Friday and share with stakeholders

- Follow up on order status & revert to customer on details/status of the order

- Submit booking for cargo (if booked by ourselves) or release shipping instruction to factories (if book by customers.

- Check container report from factories and submit document to customers

- Prepare & follow up samples at different stages including testing, approval, salesman and shipment samples

- Prepare & maintain misc. report and documents related to Merchandising & Sales as requested by Manager

- Other ad hoc projects

Yêu cầu công việc

- Microsoft Office; knowing EPR is a good addition

- Good Command of English Writing, speaking, reading and listening

- Experience in merchandising or shipping position from foreign trade is an advantage

- Willing to travel – need to visit factories in Hai Duong once a week & occasional travel to customer office within Vietnam, ie HCM or Hai Phong
