MEP Modeler - HVAC (Revit)

• Design activities for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)
• Design services across all project phases (concept, design, approval, execution, and shop drawings)
• Preparation of tender documents for MEP trades
• 3D modeling in Revit and preparation of CAD construction drawings
• Performing technical calculations, selection and sizing of systems and components
• Interdisciplinary collaboration across various disciplines (architects, structural engineering, external works, interior fit-out, specialized designers i.e. laboratory, medical etc.)
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers, providing technical expertise and support.
• The job will commence doing 3D modeling during the first months and designing of MEP systems will be added as scope subsequently

• Graduated technical education in MEP (Higher Technical School, University degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing, or experienced CAD Operator)
• Very good IT skills, including MS Office, CAD, Revit, and MEP
• Profound Knowledge of relevant technical norms and standards
• Knowledge of English language mandatory (speaking and writing skills), knowledge of German language is an advantage
• Ability to work independently, flexible and collaborative with strong designing and organizational skills
